SILVER CARE: 

Sterling silver jewelry will naturally tarnish with time & wear. Some pieces will look better over time like this! If removing tarnish is desired, please use the personal polishing cloth included with your shipment or if a piece has a matte or sandblasted finish, you may use a soft toothbrush and liquid detergent. Take care with pieces that have fragile natural gemstones such as pearls, opals, or moonstones. 

Oxidized silver may develop shine in high wear spots over time.  This is especially true for rings. The patina is meant to stay within the texture, but might change in contrast over time. Be careful around abrasives (steel wool, certain cleaners) that can scratch the finish. Sweat, showers, exposure to pools, might accelerate this process.

ENAMELS:

No cleaning is needed for enamel jewelry, but it is made from powdered glass and care must be taken in dropping enameled pieces.  The artist is not responsible for chips due to accidents and/or dropping the piece.

MAGNETIC CLASPS: Some pieces come with a sterling silver coated magnetic clasp.  These are susceptible to rust over time and more so if there is exposure to chemicals found in pools and hot tubs.

Returns and Repairs

Returns: pieces can be returned in the exact condition they were received for a full refund (less shipping) within 10 days of arrival. If a piece was purchased as a gift, buyer must pay for shipping but may return an item and exchange it for another item in stock if it is within the 10 day return period. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. Please see Custom Work page for more policies on custom orders.

Repairs: repairs due to fabrication flaws by the artist are free of charge. Fabrication flaws are to be reported within 3 days of arrival.

All other repairs will be charged a $15 repair fee and cost of materials and shipping as needed. The artist will notify the buyer of costs before work is done. These repairs include but are not limited to: 

     -damage due to fault of customer (dropping, pulling, etc)

     -damage caused by not following              care instructions.

     -elective repairs (chain length,                   custom changes)

All packages are sent insured via USPS. If you need another courier for any reason, please contact the artist directly. Most pieces are made to order, so please allow 10 business days to receive a shipment unless otherwise notified.
